History:

Mr. Mark Sullivan was born and raised in middle Tennessee and his family has lived in this area for several generations. He earned his diploma from Dickson County High School in 1987.

He then began working for The Parent Company, Inc. in 1989 as a Carpenter and worked there for 18 years. During that time he successfully completed the Associated Builders and Contractors Carpentry Training Program in 1993 and the A.A.H.O.I./T.R.E.E.S. Home Inspector 90 hour Pre-Licensing Program. He was also certified as a Master Carpenter by the Associated General Contractors in 1996.

Welcome to Sullivan Inpection Service LLC!

My goal is to offer an affordable and informative report of the property that is being inspected, whether the customer is buying, selling, or just trying to stay informed on the condition of a home that they have lived in for many years.

At this time the only service offered is that of a home inspection, but I plan to add other services in the future. Services to be added will be listed as they become available; they include Radon Testing, testing for lead based paint, and many others.

PROUDLY SERVING DICKSON COUNTY, ALL OF THE SURROUNDING COUNTIES AS WELL AS ALL OF MIDDLE TENNESSEE.
