History:

Mr. Mark Sullivan was born and raised in middle Tennessee and his family has lived in this area for several generations. He earned his diploma from Dickson County High School in 1987.

He then began working for The Parent Company, Inc. in 1989 as a Carpenter and worked there for 18 years. During that time he successfully completed the Associated Builders and Contractors Carpentry Training Program in 1993 and the A.A.H.O.I./T.R.E.E.S. Home Inspector 90 hour Pre-Licensing Program. He was also certified as a Master Carpenter by the Associated General Contractors in 1996.

Services and Pricing

Prices start at $275.00 and depend on several factors, including square footage, number of bathrooms, age of home, if there are any outbuildings on the property to be inspected, and distance from my home. If you have a home that is larger than 4000 sq. feet please call for a quote.

Please note that inspection includes the main dwelling and 1 garage attached or unattached. All other buildings are an additional $100 per building, if you choose to have them inspected.
Basic Home Inspection- $275.00.
Homes that are larger than 4000 sq. ft. please call or submit a form for a quote.

I plan to add additional services in the future and they will be posted here along with prices. These services could include: Radon testing and testing for lead based paint along with many others.
